Mission Statement “Designing Value”
By listening to your needs, I will create an interior that fits your tastes and adds true value to your home or property. Value can come in the form of higher sales price in the future, increased rent for you investors or just to have a beautiful comfortable home to raise children and retire in.
I will help you visualize the concept by first showing you a 3-dimensional rendering of your new interior. Seeing the interior in a completed form before the start helps build confidence that you will get what you envisioned. From there, I can manage your project from beginning to end which includes space planning, coordinating colors, textiles and choosing flooring to name a few. Together, we can customize a package that will stay within your budget.

Kay Lee has her BS in Business and AA in Interior Design. Her business sense understands the need for budgeting and value, while the designer in her will bring your vision into reality.
Kay Lee is an active member of the ASID Pasadena Chapter volunteering her time in the community through ASID.
